Our method for testing aflatoxin, using HPLC equipment, is the most sophisticated available. Our lot control program allows us to track individual lots from source to end delivery, and periodic mock recalls are conducted to test lot tracing controls. These measures all help ensure that our customers receive the safest nuts available.

Almond Pasteurization
Our customers have a choice of validated treatments for the pasteurization of almonds. We offer both PPO (poly propylene oxide) and steam pasteurization using VENTILEX equipment.
